Huhot Mongolian Grill in Omaha

Usually we love dining at HuHot. Today was not that way. The food was great as usual. The service was horrible at best. 1. No beverages brought to table until half way thru meal. 2. No ask for beverages until 10 minutes after food arrival. 3. Had to flag down waitress after meal was completed for bill. 4. Again had to flag down whom we thought was the assistant manager to advise about service. In middle of conversation, this person who the waitress spent more time with walked away from us. Wish the cooks could move to the 72nd St. location, as this is where I will be going in the future.

this place is amazing, I have a weird allergy and they're so kind and accommodating. the food is always set out fresh and kept clean. my food always tastes great and my drinks are kept full. wonderful servers and the music they play is so fun, too! favorite place to come!

HuHot is so freaking delicious. I love how they have the food set up like a buffet to keep people moving. The food is delicious and cooked well. Every time we go the staff is super nice. For us to consider the price worth it, we tend to go through twice. Highly recommend.

Love the food. If having allergies , they will clean the grill just to cook your food. Good service. Clean bathrooms. A place to bring the whole family. I have been eating at Huhot since they open there 1st. Restaurant in the area many years ago. Thanks😀😀😀😀😀

Many choices. Fresh food. Friendly employees. Refilled drinks. All you can eat. Reasonable prices. We all loved it! They just need more parking! 😉

Food is always great. Was with friends from Florida tonight & they wanted to go to last yummy Mongolian grill! They were not disappointed.

The best HuHot in the Omaha-Council Bluffs Metro. Spotless facility, very friendly management and staff, and great Mongolian BBQ!

Many options to choose. Particularly vegan and vegetarian. If you are vegetarian tell them you are allergic and they will cook separately.

Have eaten at HuHot several times great food at a great price. If you go away hungry it's your own fault.

I think this place needs to be inspected. Found a bowl of beef that was sitting by the buffet line when I initially got there. By the time our checks showed up it was still there. Also the way the kitchen staff handled the spatulas made me wonder where they were sitting. Right on the second shelf. I have never seen the other Huhot Restaurants do this. This place is disgusting.

Simply put, first time visiting, a new favorite has been found.

My family and I came into Huhot last night for my mom’s birthday. There were plenty of options to choose from and the buffet bar was very clean and fully stocked. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our server Rosa was very sweet and made our visit great and very enjoyable! Service was excellent and everything including drinks and appetizers were brought to us very promptly. Rosa seems to really seems to care about the satisfaction of her guests. We will be coming back very soon!

Love huhot! The one closest to me has calamari, unlike the one on 72nd St. Today, (1-18-2017, 6-7pm) we were at this location (2101 n. 120th St), for dinner, and our server, Hannah, was absolutely perfect. Offered us refills on drinks as well as soup/salad and rice. Prompt removal of used plates and finished dishes, offered us appetizers and dessert options, and was all around friendly. Thanks, Hannah!

Great hot food and great service.

We always have a good meal here. Ingredients are fresh and varied, and the sauces are tasty. What really set the last visit apart was that I accidentally left my credit card at our table when we left. I went back two days later when I realized it was missing, and they had it in the back. Honesty like that is rare these days. Thanks!

We have just recently started to visit this location and we like it much more than others we've been to. The staff here has been awesome so far and the food has been cooked to perfection. The place is a lot smaller and feels more cozy. If you're looking for a good time to go try around 4:30 to beat the crowd.

Fresh, delicious, friendly. Well organized, stuff was kept nicely displayed and clean. The guy at the grill was friendly, talkative and very nice, specially with the kids. I love the dressing on their spinach salad.

One of my family's favorite places to go. Build your own bowl of ingredients and add sauces. Something for everyone. The food is self service, but the staff does a good job of clearing plates and keeping drinks filled.

Oh it tastes good and everything. I'm not denying that, but for the remainder of the day any time i eat here, i always feel sick. Like permanent nap status.

This has always been the best HuHot branch. I don't know how or why, but the main chef here makes the food taste much better. We are spoiled for other HuHots now. Our server this time was Dominic and he was also excellent. The food on the line is kept clean and nice. Everything about the place is good.

Hu Hot is great. The food is always fresh. The ability to mix your own sauces makes it fun each time I go. They recently added zucchini noodles. They are a great option for the other noodles.

This was my first visit to HuHot at this location.Since this is a build-a-plate buffet, I chose to get a variety of ingredients, including fish (looked like it might be cod) for the meat. The pad thai noodles were tasty, as were all the vegetables I chose. The sauce was tasty, too. I chose to get the meat and noodles in one bowl, while getting the veggies in another. This allowed me to get more of what I wanted for vegetables, while getting enough noodles and meat.The server was polite and friendly, while keeping our drinks filled.Overall, I enjoyed the food and service. The atmosphere was pleasant, with the noise level low enough to have a reasonable conversation.I will return, because that was tasty!

Overall experience was good! Build your own bowl and they will fry it up fresh. It is unlimited so you can go up as many times as you want, the line can get a little long at times was here on a Friday night, but usually no longer than 5 minutes total time! Service was pretty good, only had to ask for a refill once but other than that great! Only reason I knocked off a star is because of the price 14.29 per person dinner buffet a little pricey!

They went out of there way to protect me from a fish allergy quite remarkable

This is my favorite Hu Hot location! All the staff is super friendly, the food line is always clean and fully stocked and their customer service is the best! Highly recommend this location!

Good, just a bit pricey for a meal.

I mean, I'm an American so any place that is all you can eat is going to do ok. Unfortunately, I think many people over look things because, well, we can eat as much as we want. For example, the bowls appeared to not be the cleanest. I'm sure they were, but appearance means a lot. Service was good, everyone was very friendly. It was a little pricey $67 for three of us and a child. I feel like drinks should be included at that price. I will likely go back to Huhot, but maybe not to this one.

Pretty good selection a little dirty but the service here was one of the best I've had in a while. Server was very attentive to our drinks and was very polite.

Food was delicious. Our server was not great. She was mad she has a large party and would just leave our stuff at the end of the table for us to hand to each other. Other than that I would absolutely eat here again.

I love eating here

I am so disappointed with this location. The online ordering sucks. I’ve had multiple bad experiences from not receiving my order, and management not helpeful. Instead of helping they turn you away. Love the food but unfortunately will not be returning. Too many bad experiences.

Was at different locations still awesome. Felt very Rush as I showed up 850pm close at 10pm
